Returns & Refund Policy

At Renate Cosmetics, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist with returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available for products returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Non-refundable items include sale items and personal care products.

Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.

Process:
To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received your refund within this time frame, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact our customer service team.

Chargebacks:
If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and take further action if necessary.
